For seasonal rent the terms for the utilities are the same as noted above. Seasonal rent pricing for 6-month term is $1800 per month for the barn and $2675/month for the guest house; or for a 4-month min. Term the guest house is $3,175/month + 13% tax, and $1800/month for the barn. Barn amenities include 3 matted 12 x 12 stalls with fans, tack room, feed storage, 2 wash stalls, 3 large irrigated paddocks, plus a 240' x 130' riding field.
